Although items like this are a bit hard to date, the style, age, and other factors lead me to believe it is most likely from the 1930's when Berchtesgaden would have had quite a peak in tourism. This is a really nice organizer for your kitchen sink. The dispenser holds about a cup or so of dish detergent. The open holder can be used for lots of items you might need at your sink - I have my handsoap dispenser in it, so one less thing sitting on the counter. People commented that the sprayer nozzle could be longer/extend further. It could, but it's OK as it is. I like having less on the counter top and this 3-in-1 works well and so far, I'm very happy with it.

The packaging was sturdy and there box it arrived in wasn’t dented so I don’t know how the corner broke off.
