It is retained by a metal ring which is screwed into the transmission tunnel after first passing it through the cutaway in the carpet. This sport coat is incredibly classy and a sharp fit. The color and material is quite nice and it is well sewn for the price. It is dressy enough to be used as an evening jacket, and a good weight to not be too hot. I will be ordering it in more colors as my son loves it and enjoys how sharp he looks.
