It is fashioned in a very fine wale soft cotton blend corduroy fabric featuring an allover star print in cream on an ink blue black background. The shape is an eight part crown, with some volume and a front peak that conveniently keeps snow off of your eyelashes. I have them in black and white. I use them everyday in all shoes. These are very versatile and a great quality material. They take a looong time to wear and they stay in place.
