The scales were cut in half to create book matched set. Each scale measures approximately 5 1 4" Long, 2" Wide and between 1 4" 3 8" Thick. I do sell some knife scales that may have small holes or bark inclusions as I like the natural look of it when on a knife. If you don't like that look you can fill the holes with CA glue or

Very easy to put up and assemble!

We were looking for a nice shelf over our coffee bar, and this industrial pipe shelf was perfect! This was very easy to assemble! Simply put in your anchors and screw in the bases! We ordered the three tier shelf but only needed two, and it was very easy to make that adjustment! I loved that this was solid wood shelving rather than particle board.
