It is more difficult than Old Shackles because it matters how the heart is positioned. That said, most people who can master Old Shackles can do Captive Heart. Works like a charm, I haven't had any real sleep for 13 days and ever since I got this, I finally got the 7 - 10 hour sleep I needed badly. It does make you drowsy and tired and thats what I love about it, this is day 4 of using it and I dont think I'll ever stop lol, the taste is normal like its not bad just bland, easy to swallow lol (thats what she said)
