I’ve been using these for several days now and I did notice a difference. I tend to get hot while sleeping, so I was curious if they would actually help, and they do feel cool when you lay on them. This is a nice pillow cover overall. The fabric feels good and it's comfortable to sleep on, especially compared to a more basic cotton cover.
