I bought Frank's book, similar topic, 20 years ago as I began my then "casual" interest in investing. I find J & Dave's book more accessible with anecdotal stories that help deliver the content in an easy-to-grasp style for both newcomers and existing real estate pros alike. My son loves this graphic novel! We preordered, it just arrived and we are already a little over halfway thru. My son is still a toddler so I have to read it to him. I'm enjoying it just as much as he is. The story is actually broken up into two smaller books. There's no other chapters but plenty of "natural pauses" to indicate a change in scene.
