I have used the green bottle so far! As soon as you bite into one, it starts to foam up. I let it foam for a few minutes, and then I brush my teeth. It does freshen your breath and I think it's making my teeth whiter! I have not had a chance to try the other flavors yet. The flavor is mild but good! It is fun to use!

Only thing id say is its not like brushing your teeth like it claims its more of like a stronger breath mint that foams.
