Nice WAVES labels. Dark blue shank buttons. Overall fairly good condition. Some wear and fraying on the collar insignia patches. Brown stain on one side near the pocket. Nice Coat Not So Great Packaging

Nice coat but packaging needs to be improved. It arrived not properly folded and as a result it was completely wrinkled. Took some work to iron so it looked as advertised. Packaging for such things has to be reviewed.
