These heel socks do work, but you need to be consistent and patient. The socks are soft with a gel lining on the inside that basically traps your body heat and moistureโ€”kind of like a mini spa for your feet. My heels felt noticeably softer after just one hour of wearing them. That said, I donโ€™t love sleeping with socks on, so it took me two nights to get used to them. I even took them off the first night because I couldnโ€™t stand the feeling. After five nights of use with nightly exfoliating, my heels are definitely softer, but still cracked in some areas. Iโ€™m hoping they keep improving with continued use. If you stick with it and exfoliate regularly, these socks definitely help soften rough skin. Not a miracle fix overnight, but a helpful tool for healing cracked heels.
