Dabei sitzt es komfortabel im Gehrgang und verstrkt die Tne, welche der Trger nicht mehr wahrnehmen kann. Strgerusche und pltzlich auftretende Gerusche wie das Knallen von Autotren oder Teller Klappern, die den Trger erschrecken knnten, werden abgedmpft. Die jeweilige Anpassung an die Hrsituation erfolgt automatisch.
