Er hat eine zarte rosa Farbe und bietet Aromen von roten Frchten wie Erdbeeren und Himbeeren sowie Noten von Krutern und Gewrzen. Am Gaumen ist er erfrischend und leicht mit einer leichten Sure und einem Hauch von Se. Nothing but gristle!

This stuff tastes good, but it is nearly impossible to chew. Biltong is not supposed to be this tough. They must be using the cheapest meat they can get their hands on. It is loaded with gristle. You could chew it all day and never get it to break down.

Amazing flavor!!!

This has to be the most amazing flavor I have had!!! Bought additional packs and sent to the family to enjoy as well. Also note that its very moist and not super dry like a lot of beef jerky. Whatever the process is, Brooklyn Biltong has it dialed in to perfection, well done!
