Namensgeber waren wohl die Nonnen des Klosters Tiefenthal. Der Weinberg besitzt teilweise ber 70 Jahre alte Reben und verfgt ber eine Rebflche von fnf Hektar, welche im alleinbesitzt vom Weingut Georg Breuer ist. Geschmacklich definitiv komplexer als Berg Rottland, steht jedoch oftmals im Schatten vom Berg Schlossberg.
