Just hold down on the screen once it blink tap til you can adjust the hour and mins then the next blink would be your date needs to be set once done hold down to save the only thing I don’t like it’s kinda big on my wrist the tool was giving to adjust to my fitting took some time to figure it out but hopefully this will help anyone who is trying to figure how to adjust the time and date
